For any gamer out there, visiting a restaurant, cafe, or any place inspired by a game they like would be a must visit. In Japan, these types of cafes have been popping up more and more. LUIDA'S BAR is one of those cafes, located in the Akihabara area of Tokyo, and has been open to the public since 2010. As a Dragon Quest-themed cafe, you can expect the food and drink items to be inspired by items or characters from the game. The interior of the cafe is also very much inspired by the game and provides an atmosphere very much as if you are in the game itself. You can find and admire the items on display around the cafe that are from the game as well. The cafe will often times have limited time menu items as well so if you are lucky enough, you may be able to catch one the next time you are in Tokyo and recover some much needed HP and MP.
A Slime welcomes you when you enter in the bar and the Dragon Quest Music is played. The interior is also inspired by the game and provides an atmosphere very much as if you are in the game itself. You can find and admire the items on display around the bar such as life-size replica weapons, that are from the game as well. It's time to go to the Dragon Quest World! Parupunte.....
There are a lot of fun menus with Dragon Quest Characters that appear in the game. Every time they change their menu, the level rises. The current level is “8 .” One of popular menu is Slimbeth Hamburger steak. On top of the hamburger steak, there is a slimbeth with grated daikon on top. The cafe will often times have limited time menu items. Mindini shaped cherry TiramisuIt was very cute. You will be lucky when your favorite character is on the menu.
