Nago Pineapple Park

Nago Pineapple Park is a pineapple theme park, promoting pineapples as a tourist attraction of Okinawa since the cultivation of pineapples has shifted from the island to overseas. Admission to Nago Pineapple Park includes a ride on a pineapple designed vehicle through the pineapple fields. Admission also includes an all-you-can-sample pineapple products at the souvenir shop at the park. There is a great variety of sample products from fresh and dried pineapple to pineapple wines and juices as well as pineapple cakes and chocolates.

The shop does of course also have products on sale, so be sure to grab some of their award winning pineapple pound cake for your friends back home. There is even an ice cream stand within the park where you can try pineapple flavored soft serve ice cream. The quantity limited pineapple flavored cream puffs are also popular among visitors.
