Located in Takachiho is the Tunnel Station and Kagura Shuzo brewery. This station is a unique sake storage area that also offers shopping, sake sampling, and has a brewery. Guests can learn about Kagura Shuzo, the leading Shochu company in Japan that brews their shochu here at the station. There are bottles for sale, and visitors can enjoy watching the shochu distillation process. There is also an SL locomotive on-site, for photos and train enthusiasts to enjoy between sampling flavors of the brewery.
